Enrollment
To enroll in an undergraduate or graduate degree course, you must be admitted into the university. For these degree courses and certificate courses, please use myCI to enroll. You can also enroll by filling out the Enrollment Form (PDF, 58.5 KB) and faxing it to (805) 437-8859 or mailing it to Extended University at:
