California State University Channel Islands and Cottage Health Systems offer two tracks toward a Bachelor of Science in Nursing  degree.  Track I operates through our Goleta campus in Santa Barbara County.   This program teaches students to seek solutions to societal health needs and problems, understand demographics and disparities in healthcare, ethical concerns and global perspectives in the practice of professional nursing at the generalist level.

  • Classes are taught in a state-of-the-art classroom and simulation site in Goleta, CA.
  • Students are admitted to the program each Fall. (Admitting next cohort Fall 2025)
  • Using a cohort scheduling model, this full-time program extends 2 years (6 semesters) including summers.  Students move sequentially, and as a group through the designated nursing courses.
  • Classes are held at 5383 Hollister Avenue Suite 220, Goleta, CA 93111.
