Donna Gray, SHRM-CP
Donna began her HR career in 1998, and has progressively developed her US and Canadian HR expertise in hospitality, gaming, government, and consulting environments. She is experienced in working with companies of all sizes and cultures, and really enjoys bringing effective solutions to a wide range of HR challenges. While employee relations has been her ‘go-HR’ strength throughout her career, she has also successfully managed recruiting, training, compensation and benefit functions.
Donna received her Bachelor of Science in Honors Psychology from St. Mary’s University, and she holds several certifications, including the SHRM-SCP, SPHR-ca and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
Donna stays very active in her local HR community through teaching the SHRM HR Prep Course at CSU Channel Islands, and through her board service with the Professionals in Human Resources Association’s (PIHRA) Ventura County Chapter.
Donna resides in Camarillo, CA with her husband and two dogs. As fitness and food enthusiast, she enjoys being outdoors in the California sunshine, hiking, camping, cooking, traveling and reading.
