After I complete the Intent to Enroll in Open U form, how quickly can I enroll in my class(es)?

It will take three to five business days for your Intent to Enroll to be processed and for us to create your student record. New students will receive a new user email two business days after their new student record is created. Former CI students may log into myCI and register using their existing Dolphin name and password as soon as the record is updated. You will receive an email which contains more information concerning myCI account activation and other student electronic services.

  • Fall and Spring: You may add classes in CI Records without permission during the first week of the term, provided you have met all course prerequisites.  Waitlists will continue to run during this time. Instructor consent is required to enroll during the second and third weeks of the semester. You will use an instructor issued permission number to enroll in CI Records.  Distribution of permission numbers is at the discretion of each instructor.
