Spring 2026 Registration Calendar

MBA, DUAL, MS Biotechnology, MS Mathematics, MS Computer Science, BA Psychology Online, BS Nursing – Goleta, ADN/RN – BSN, MS Nursing (16 week semester)

  • Priority registration opens at 8:00 am to students receiving disability accommodations; Veterans; Foster Youth; and students with dependent children
  • Registration opens for continuing students at 8:00 am
  • Registration opens for new students
  • Classes Begin
  • Late registration fee for first time enrollment
  • Payment Deadline. Last day to drop with 100% refund.
    Note: Failure to pay registration fees by this date may result in disenrollment. No reversal of tuition fees for courses dropped after this date.
  • Period to drop with a 75% reversal of total tuition fees
    Note: No reversal of tuition fees for courses dropped after this period.
  • Last day to add open classes online without instructor permission.
  • Add/Drop period. Requires instructor issued permission numbers to add classes. Student may drop classes via CI Records without permission.

  • Last day of the Add/Drop period. All adds and drops must be completed in CI Records by 12 Noon.

    Last day to drop without receiving a W.

  • Adding classes is no longer permitted. Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances. To request a late add, submit a Petition for Exception via Adobe Sign.

    To withdraw from a course, students must submit withdrawal request. Class withdrawals and term withdrawals will result in a W grade on the transcripts.

  • Last day to enroll in tuition paymentplan

  • Last day to drop with a W with approval through Petition for Exception process.

  • Last day of classes

  • End of term, grades due from Faculty

  • Grades available in CI Records

  • Last day to waitlist a course for Spring 2026. If not enrolled, you will need to seek instructor permission to enroll during the Add/Drop period.
  • Last day to add open classes online without instructor permission.
  • Add/Drop period. Requires instructor issued permission numbers to add classes. Student may drop classes via CI Records without permission.
