This is a new group just getting started - be part of the creation! Have fun sharing and learning about each other’s ancestral heritage, skills and traditions. Community Singing for Social Activation and Personal Healing We will learn songs that are written for Community singing- easy to memorize and to harmonize with. Singing together we will garner the energy and courage we all need to dispel the sadness and increase the joy, in our own lives as well as in our world. Laughter Wellness / Laughter Yoga Laughter Wellness offers unique exercise routines that combine laughter exercises, breathing, cardio and cognitive brain exercises. Research suggests that laughter triggers measurable, positive changes. Laughter can improve the quality of life of those with various health challenges by decreasing , improving cognitive functions, relieve stress and, boost immunity. Laughter is the best medicine. Class exercises include laughter routines, stretching, brain exercises, and mindfulness. Laughter Wellness/Yoga has been widely covered by TIME, BBC, CNN and Ted Talks.
